FRPM offers convenient rent payment options. Residents can pay using our online portal using their checking account. Rent can also be paid using a check or money order sent to our office or in the rent drop box at our office. If you are not able to pay on the portal, you can use a debit card to pay at our office for a fee of $7.00.
All checks should be payable to Fall River Property Management and mailed to 251 South Main St, Fall River, MA 02721. Make sure to clearly write your name and apartment address on the check or money order so you get credit for your payment.
FRPM policy is that the disposal of bulky items is tenant responsibility, any fines incurred because of improper disposal will be charged to the tenant.
Fall River: Bulky items are collected curbside by EZ Disposal based on a scheduled form. Fall River residents can also dispose of these items year round by dropping them off at the City Garage, within the hours of operation listed below
Scheduling and paying for the curbside collection of bulky items:
City Garage: 10 Lewiston St. Monday – Friday 7:00 am – 2:30 pm and Saturdays 7:00 am – 12:00 am
Government Center: 5th Floor, room 511, DCM Office, Monday – Thursday 8:00 am – 4:00 pm and Friday 8:00 am – 3:00 pm
Payments by cash and check or money order payable to the City of Fall River are the only payment methods accepted.
Residents with scheduled curbside collections must attach the bulky item sticker issued by the city. Items will only be collected on the scheduled pick-up date. Property owners with items without a paid sticker, may be subject to fines. All solid waste regulations regarding the placement time curbside also apply.
New Bedford: ABC Disposal picks up bulky waste & white goods at the curb by appointment. Call ABC Disposal at (508) 999-2619 to make an appointment.

If you or someone else are in danger dial 911. If your carbon monoxide detector is going off, get our of the house and dial 911.
For any maintenance related emergencies, please call 508-536-3527 and leave a message at ext 1. Someone will get right back to you. If you don’t leave a message, no one will call you back. This emergency phone number is ONLY for residents that don’t have portal access or need immediate help.
Please log into the portal and let us know that you wish to make a change to your lease and we will be happy to help you through the process. All occupants must be background checked before they move in. If someone moves in without permission from management the lease will be subject to termination and eviction.
We are animal-lovers and will help in any way we can to facilitate in adding a furry friend to your household as long as the owner is ok with it and the necessary paperwork is filed. Please don’t hesitate to ask if you’re thinking about getting a pet. Even if the answer is no, it is much better to know before you get attached to the animal.
